Minutes of the meeting of the Tacoma Green Dragons, Les Sundt Memorial Chapter IPMS, held on

26 February, 2009

 

  OPENING: The meeting officially opened at 7:32 PM by President George Haase.  There were 14 members present and one late member arrival for a total of 15.       

 

  TREASURER’S REPORT:  We currently have $548.88.  Mark Aldrich presented a bill and some members paid dues. 

 

  MINUTES:  They were available for anyone to look at.    

 

  OLD BUSINESS:   None was discussed.       

 

  NEW BUSINESS:  There will be no 2009 show.  However, the build night was a great success.  We have agreed to start having them quarterly.  The following plan is established.  MAR-Mark, APR-Build, MAY-Will, JUN-Anthony Froh, JUL-Build, AUG-Jim, SEP-Raffle/SwapMeet, OCT-Build/Elections, NOV-Thanksgiving, DEC-Randy.  Also, in the JUN-AUG time frame we may be doing a make-n-take with the Cub Scouts as part of our meeting.  Upcoming meeting dates are:  26 March, 30 April, 28 May, and 18 June.  All dates are at the Parkland Library Distribution Center.   

 

 LECTURE/DEMO:  None as we were ironing out the whole years events.
