Tacoma Green Dragons

Minutes of the meeting of the Tacoma Green Dragons, Les Sundt Memorial Chapter IPMS, held on

30 April, 2009

 

  OPENING: The meeting never officially opened.  I arrived at 6:45 and we set the tables up so as to not make messes.  There were 18 members present.          

 

  TREASURER’S REPORT:  None was given and Mark presented a bill for money owed.   

 

  MINUTES:  The minutes were available with newsletters from other clubs.     

 

  OLD BUSINESS:   The Seattle Show was discussed with who won what.  We showed off our COY 2009 Plaque.       

 

  NEW BUSINESS:  The following plan is established:  MAY-Will, JUN-Anthony Froh, JUL-Build, AUG-Jim, SEP-Raffle/SwapMeet, OCT-Build/Elections, NOV-Thanksgiving, DEC-Randy.  Also, on 23 July we are doing a Make-N-Take with the Pierce County Cub Scouts.  I would appreciate as many volunteers as possible.  Upcoming meeting dates are:  28 May, 18 June, and 30 July, and 27 August, 2009.  All dates are at the Parkland Library Distribution Center.   

 

 LECTURE/DEMO:  Mark Aldrich brought the DVD 9th Company and it wouldn’t play.  Mr. Ward went home and got Patton.
